Restocking Fees On Returns

All of the shirts you buy are made the day after you order them to your exact specifications. That means that on orders above a certain price range will incur a restocking fee if they are returned, and the return is not due to anything our company did wrong. We are not responsible for refunding shipment costs.

A Statement Concerning Quality

If you want a shirt that will last you for a long time and that you can enjoy for wear after wear, then you have come to the right place. The shirts that many of our competition sells is comparable to shirts you would buy in a department store in a value pack of five. We pay more for our shirts because we care about the product we sell. Try us out and see the quality of these awesome shirts for yourself. If you want a thin, cool shirt then we have those available with out slim-fit options, but our normal shirts are all 100% cotton and made with a 6.1 ounce weave, which is far superior than the 5.5 weave you'll see from other companies.

These are some really cool shirts here, but I like my shirts on the back and shoulders of the shirts I wear.

Putting designs on the back of your order will be no issue at all, and we will gladly do it at no additional fee to you. Please make sure you let us know that this is how you want your shirts made, though, by instructing us in the "comments" area of your online order form.

I don't have a credit card or a debit card! How can I use a money order to pay for my stuff?

Of course you can still order! All you need to do is to follow the steps below, and we'll process your order for you.
  1. Choose the shirts you want to get, choose the sizes of those shirts, and choose what color you want those shirts to be. Email us by following THIS LINK and tell us all of that information, plus your intent to buy with a mailed payment via money order.
  2. We'll send you an email back that will total up all of your charges for the shirts, the shipping, and the handling along with an address for mailing your money order to.
  3. Print out that email that we sent you that includes all of your costs, your shipping address, and your order. Mail that information in an envelope to the address we gave you and include your payment. We'll ship your shirts as soon as we get your letter in the mail!

Is your shipping fast? I'd like to get the shirts I pay for as soon as possible, please.

We want you, as our customer, to be happy so that you'll want to always come to us for all of your awesome t-shirt needs. This is why we strive to have the fastest shipping speed our means can provide. We will be sending your shirts within just one business day of getting your order. Since we advance orders to production so quickly, you get your shirts very fast. It takes a day to advance your order and a day to move it through production. Your order then ships the same day it is made. We advance orders Monday thru Friday, 7am to 3pm CST. We don't work on holidays or weekends. If you buy something on one of the days we are away from the office (weekends and holidays), your purchase will be moved forward in our production the next business day. For instance, if your purchase something on a Saturday, it will be processed on Monday, and then placed in the postman's hands on Tuesday. Almost all of the product we sell is in stock and waiting for you to order it so that we can send it to you right away, but on rare occasions we may be out of stock on the shirts you want. Even if we have to reorder supplies, this will only set your order back a couple of days and you will still receive your purchases much faster than if you had ordered from some other site.

Our shipments arrive much faster than the huge majority of our competition, but sometimes that isn't fast enough. That's why we offer standard, expedited, and express options for people who need their shirts at lightning speed.

If you live in the United States, then there are three types of shipping for you to choose from.

  1. Our Standard option will suit most needs, as it arrives to your door in a very speedy 3-8 work days.
  2. Expedited Shipping is our second fastest speed, at just 2-3 Postal Shipping Days.
  3. Express shipping will take 1-2 business days to arrive.
VERY IMPORTANT If you are having your orders delivers to the states of Alaska or Hawaii, then your order will always be shipped via Priority U.S.P.S. Mail and will be delivered in FIVE to TEN business days. These approximated shipping times do not include certain considerations for out-of-stock items and processing times. You can choose to give your e-mail address to us when you place your order, and we will e-mail the shipping info to you at the time your order ships. Sorry, but this service is unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and orders outside of the U.S.

The countries of Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Australia, Denmark, New Zealand, N. Ireland, Sweden, Great Britain, Canada, and Norway can all order from us and use our International Shipments option. When you are ordering from outside of the U.S., your orders can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks for delivery...this is never truer than during the Christmas rush, so please take this into account when ordering. Contacting us after a week will do you no good, as we will only kindly remind you to be patient and to contact us after the eight week expectancy time has elapsed. Even if you do contact us, we cannot locate your package for you once it has been Internationally shipped because we lose the ability to track orders overseas.

International Law stipulates that every International Shipment must provide a listing of all of its contents and a total inventory value. We cannot make any exceptions, even if you want to declare that your order is a gift. We will not take responsibility for any additional charges tacked on by Customs, so please take note of this responsibility when ordering. If you have any inquiries concerning customs delays or costs, then please refer them to the customs officers of your region.

We have a deeply-rooted love and respect for the people who choose to serve their country in the military. As such, we are doubly excited when someone in the military places and order with us. Please be assured that we gladly ship anywhere to any APO/FPO address. Thank you for your service, and for your order. Expedited and Express options are not available to APO/FPO addresses and will be shipped via Standard Shipping options. Please disregard the quoted shipping estimates for delivery listed above if you are ordering for an APO/FPO address, as these delivery times do not apply.

We use USPS Standard Shipping for all orders going to PO BOX addresses. These shipments are usually completed within THREE to FIVE business days.


The Shopping Cart Is Rejecting My Order?

The biggest complication that causes people to have rejected orders is because the entry field for billing information was not entered properly. This must match the billing information your credit company has on file. If you feel certain that your order should be going through, then go through the following steps:
  1. Quadruple check your billing information! This is the most common mistake, so make sure it isn't YOUR mistake too!
  2. If you have moved from one address to another in recent memory, your bank or credit company may not have your new address in their system. Try using your previous billing information.
  3. If all else has failed, then you may want to go ahead and use your secondary card to make this purchase.
